We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants, and custom products, including special orders or personalized items.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right, notwithstanding the above, to cancel or return your order within 14 days without having to provide a specific reason.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
